Multi-Owner Lake Powell Yacht Club Membership

The purpose of the Lake Powell Yacht Club is to serve the interest of boat owners and water recreational enthusiasts, to defend such owners and recreational enthusiasts against discriminatory legislation and burdensome taxation, to prevent the pollution of Lake Powell and neighboring recreational facilities, to stimulate a greater interest in boating among all the citizens in the area and those attracted to the area served by the Club, to promote better boating and water safety, to develop a fraternal spirit among local outdoor enthusiasts, to provide a medium for the exchange of boating information.... AND, we love Lake Powell and want it preserved and protected from anyone or any organization whose mission is to drain Lake Powell, or to alter its elevation, or the social, environmental, recreational or economics of Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

6.___________________________________________________________________________________________              We understand the Lake Powell Yacht Club (LPYC) Multi-Owner Membership entitles our vessel corporation to receive six sets of  issues of the Fore ‘n’ Aft, the LPYC Newsletter; our vessel name printed as a Multi-Owner Membership in the Fore ‘n’ Aft; the right to reprint specific articles published in the Fore ‘n’ Aft  in our Multi-Owner corporation mailings; lobbying support on Lake Powell; with approval of the management representative from the LPYC and a representative of our vessel corporation, interlinking on the Internet may be accomplished; and if the vessel corporation has more than six owners, the additional owners may receive a copy of the Fore ‘n’ Aft for $35.00 each owner per year.
