The purpose of the Lake Powell Yacht Club is to serve the interest of boat owners and water recreational enthusiasts, to defend such owners and recreational enthusiasts against discriminatory legislation and burdensome taxation, to prevent the pollution of Lake Powell and neighboring recreational facilities, to stimulate a greater interest in boating among all the citizens in the area and those attracted to the area served by the Club, to promote better boating and water safety, to develop a fraternal spirit among local outdoor enthusiasts, to provide a medium for the exchange of boating information....

 AND, we love Lake Powell and want it preserved and protected from anyone or any organization whose mission is to drain Lake Powell, or to alter its elevation, or the social, environmental, recreational or economics of Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

 We understand the Lake Powell Yacht Club (LPYC) sponsorship entitles us to include our corporate message in each issue of the Fore ‘n’ Aft; one annual feature article in the Fore ‘n’ Aft regarding our company/corporation; customer testimonials regarding our company/corporation; lobbying support on Lake Powell; the right to reprint specific articles printed in the Fore ‘n’ Aft in our company/corporate mailings; our employees are  invited to attend social functions of the LPYC and with approval of the management representative from the LPYC and a representative of our company/corporation, interlinking on the Internet may be accomplished.
